I am a dedicated Clinical Nurse with a passion for patient care and a commitment to delivering compassionate and high-quality healthcare. With more than 20 years of experience in the field, I have honed my skills in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of medical conditions. My role as a clinical nurse has allowed me to work closely with patients, their families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Since joining in August 2021, after nearly 16 years in the health industry, spanning across many specialty areas, including: aged care, disability care, mental health, drug and alcohol, wound management, emergency medicine and chronic disease management, I have never felt so happy and genuinely able to make a difference, like I do with Health N Home.

The work we do as Clinical Nurse Consultants, has the potential to help others so much, and enrich their lives with the recommendations, reports and education we provide.

It is so fantastic to go home and feel good, or receive feedback, about how much someone enjoyed my visit, how much they learnt or how much I have helped them. Working for Health N Home is such a fulfilling and rewarding career.

I have 20 years of experience as a community nurse, mainly in the aged care sector. In this time, I have developed specialist skills in continence, wound care and chronic disease management. I love getting to know participants, assessing their needs and then delivering nursing care that is holistic and compassionate.

While working at Health N Home my goal is to provide support and education to participants to enable them to live their life to the full.

I have 16 years of nursing experience. During this time I have worked largely in busy, acute medical wards. I have had the privilege of working in an assortment of roles in that time, including palliative care specially nurse and community discharge planner.
