Niki McGuinness brings a combination of clinical expertise and leadership to her role as Clinical Director. A Registered Nurse with extensive experience in healthcare leadership, board governance and clinical research in Australia, she is committed to ensuring safe, high-quality care through evidence-based practice and strategic oversight for our clients and participants at Health N Home.
Natalie is a community nurse with 20 years of experience in wound care and continence assessments. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing and Public Health, a Graduate Certificate in Continence Management, and is skilled in NDIS assessments and catheter care. She is an active member of CONSA and continues her professional development through specialised training.
Pratiksha, a skilled nursing professional, holds a Bachelor of Nursing (QUT, 2008), a Diploma of Management in Aged Care (2010), and an ACIPC Foundations of Infection Prevention and Control certification (2013). With over a decade of experience, she specialises in infection control, palliative care, and staff mentoring.

For nearly four years, I have had the privilege of working as a Continence Nurse in Wellington City, New Zealand. But after taking a step back and now having a big picture look at things, Nathan makes it his mission to put clients as his priority to ensure they are getting the quality of care that they need.

Debbie is currently completing a bachelor's in psychology which she aims to use towards bridging the gap and improving the overall health care of First Nations Peoples.
