What locations do Health N Home offer the services?

Our in-person nursing services, continence assessments, and home care are available in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne. However, our telehealth services are accessible from anywhere in Australia. If you're outside Australia, we may still be able to assist you via telehealth, depending on your needs.
Our office is at 30 Lisburn St, East Brisbane, QLD 4169, and is open Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Feel free to visit us during business hours!

Are there plans to expand to new locations?

Did you know we currently work with clients all across Australia through our Telehealth appointments? We also have nurses in QLD, New South Wales, and Victoria for face-to-face appointments and will be expanding our in-person services in the near future.
