We are excited to announce that Health N Home has successfully passed the re-registration audit as a NDIS provider for Nursing services, continuing our commitment to supporting individuals with continence care needs. Since 2020, we’ve provided high-quality services and products, and now, as part of the updated
Continence Product provider list (NDIS)
Continence Provider List (CPL), we remain a trusted choice for NDIS participants, families, and carers. You can now find us listed on the official CPL at ndis.gov.au.
